Physical books checked out to students, staff, and faculty will automatically renew up to two (2) times provided the item is not on hold for someone else.
This means that you will no longer have to call us to renew your material.
Once the two (2) renewals have elapsed, you will receive an email letting you know that your book is overdue and that it must be returned, otherwise it will be declared lost.
This feature is not available for community members or alumni. Interlibrary Loans (between participating post-secondary institutions) also cannot be automatically renewed.
