S_NAP is a night for students to work on assignments and projects with the help of many different people / services in one spot. It gives you the opportunity to work with your peers, ask questions and get your projects done! Here is a list of some of the people / services you will see at S_NAP.
Professional tutors from the Academic Support Centre will be available during S_NAP to help with writing, APA citations, science and math.
Peer tutors from various programs will be available to help answer questions you may have about a topic, course or your program in general.
Library staff will be available to help you navigate the library website, provide research assistance and help you use specific databases.
Student Success Facilitators will be available to help you with time management, note taking, balancing student life, and more!
School can be stressful. We have services and activities at each S_NAP event to help you relax and focus. Each event is different, but in the past, we have had massage therapists, therapy dogs, stress ball making, colouring, and more! Check out the event on urslc.sl.on.ca to see what services and activities will be available at the next S_NAP night.
